Meet Dr. Kirby Goodwine
Originally from Elizabethtown, Dr. Goodwine attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate studies and dental school at the University of Louisville. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, lakes, exploring Red River Gorge, and taking his dog, Jackson, for a run. Fun facts: he lived in Chicago for three years; he's an adrenaline junkie who loves skydiving, rock climbing, mountain biking, and river rafting!
Meet Dr. Tim F. Crisp
Dr. Crisp is a University of Kentucky graduate all the way through. He completed his undergraduate degree, dental degree, and pediatric residency at UK. Dr. Crisp enjoys getting to work alongside his wife, Marcie, and two daughters every day - it's a true family environment! Fun facts: he's a huge Civil War buff and has been to all the iconic Civil War sites in the US; he raises cattle; and he's an active member of Grace Bible Church.

Preventive Dentistry
Our goal is to prevent dental issues from arising before it's too late. We recommend scheduling a check-up appointment every 6 months to ensure your child's teeth are growing properly with no underlying problems.
Restorative Dentistry
Restorative dentistry is dental work required as the result of cavities. Dr. Crisp performs all types of restorative dentistry on our patients through the most appropriate method of sedation for the comfort and safety of your individual child. In a continued effort to provide the best for your child, we offer only tooth-colored fillings.
Types of Sedation We Offer
- Nitrous Oxide Sedation: Our most popular tool for helping our patients feel more comfortable with restorative dentistry is nitrous oxide (laughing gas). The AAPD (American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry) recommends nitrous oxide as a safe and effective way to reduce anxiety during dental procedures.
