Our Staff

Our team is led by Drs. Abbie and Logan Tucker, who met in 2004 while attending Auburn University. Both Drs. Tucker excelled at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry, where they were both members of Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors fraternity, a national dental honor society founded to advance the ethical standards of the dental profession.

Dr. Abbie Tucker participated in student government and was active in dental research during her time at UAB. Dr. Logan Tucker was a four-year member of the UAB Ethics Council and also active in dental research. They were both elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors fraternity, which is reserved for the top 20 percent of the graduating class who show potential for professional growth.

In April 2009, Drs. Abbie and Logan Tucker were married in Selma, AL. Shortly after, they moved to Asheville, NC, where Dr. Abbie Tucker completed The Mountain Area Health Education Center General Practice Dental Residency Program. This one-year, hands-on training program involved some of the most cutting-edge technologies and dental procedures available.

After completing the residency program, Dr. Tucker decided she wanted to work in the private practice sector of dentistry. Dr. Logan Tucker started working for Western North Carolina Community Health Services, where he became efficient in all areas of general dentistry. In the summer of 2011, the Tuckers decided it was time to return to Alabama, where they purchased Dr. Ed Williams's general dentistry practice in Selma, AL, and began offering a wide range of general and cosmetic dental services.

Both Drs. Tucker are active members in the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, and UAB School of Dentistry Alumni Association. They are dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care to their patients and ensuring they receive the treatment they need for a healthy, beautiful smile.
