Excellent Service
The majority of the reviews are extremely positive, with customers praising the staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They mention that the staff made them feel comfortable and at ease, even for those with dental anxiety. The reviewers also appreciate the efficiency and speed of the services, as well as the expertise of Dr. Patel.
Inconsistent Customer Experience
However, two reviewers had negative experiences. One reviewer, Hailee Maree, was cancelled on at the last minute and then "dismissed" from the practice due to supposed lack of phone responsiveness. She expressed concern for the potential harm to her unborn child due to the infection. Another reviewer, Nyshera Galvin, was frustrated with the handling of a patient who had a fever, which was allowed to wait in the same waiting room as her children, including one with asthma.
