Our History
Peak Vista Community Health Centers has a rich history of providing quality healthcare services to the community. Our journey began with a small clinic in Colorado Springs, and over the years, we have grown to become one of the largest community health centers in the region. Today, we have multiple locations across Colorado Springs, Fountain, Flagler, Limon, Strasburg, and Divide, offering a wide range of medical, dental, behavioral health, and specialty care services.

Poor Experience with Peak Vista Medical Center
Staff Issues
Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the staff at Peak Vista Medical Center.
