Bad Experiences with the Receptionist

Reviewers have expressed frustration with the receptionist's behavior and have even left the office due to her actions.

In addition to the problems with the receptionist, reviewers have also mentioned issues with other aspects of the office. One reviewer mentioned that Dr. Dolnick did some fillings, but the charges were overpriced. When the issue was brought to the office's attention, they were unable to provide a clear answer and told the reviewer they would take the charges off to accommodate them. However, it took over a month and a half for the insurance to receive the claim, and the office repeatedly told the reviewer that it was "processing."
