Our Hours

We are open Monday through Thursday, with varying hours to accommodate your schedule. Our office is closed on Fridays and Sundays to allow our team time to recharge and focus on their personal well-being.

From our financial coordinator to our dental hygienists, every team member is committed to delivering the highest level of service and ensuring that your experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Dulcie, our financial/patient coordinator, has worked in dentistry for over 20 years, all with Dr. Eaton. She has superior training in Dentrix Dental Management software and extensive knowledge of insurance and alternative methods of financing. Her commitment to our patients and her ability to listen and understand their needs make her an invaluable part of our team.

Liz, our registered dental hygienist, received her degree from Ferris State University in 2003. She has been part of Dr. Eaton's team since 2013 and is dedicated to providing our patients with the highest level of care. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to advancing her knowledge and skills make her a vital member of our team.

COVID-19 Response

At Exceptional Smiles, we are committed to providing the safest possible environment for our patients and staff. We continue to follow up-to-date CDC guidelines to ensure that our clinic operates safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have an appointment and develop respiratory infection symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Symptoms include fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste.

During your appointment, we ask that you practice proper hand hygiene and cough etiquette, and limit contact with other people within the office as much as possible. Please contact your Primary Care Physician for further instructions if you are experiencing symptoms.
