- Amanda Tallent's husband visited Acacia Lane due to tooth pain and was told that the tooth needed to be extracted. However, the dentist declined to perform the extraction themselves and referred him to another dentist. The husband experienced difficulty in getting a follow-up appointment and faced a runaround from the office staff.
- Derrick James Fore's review is equally negative. He had what he described as a " Military Exam" done at Acacia Lane, only to be sent to collections for the services even though he never received a bill. He also suffered from ongoing extreme pain after the procedure, which he attributed to the dentist's incompetence. To make matters worse, he found the staff to be unfriendly.
