Reviews
Negative: Poor communication, neglect, inadequate care, biases, and discrimination

Poor Communication and Neglect

Many patients have expressed frustration with the health center's poor communication and lack of attention to their medical needs. Several reviewers have reported difficulty in reaching doctors or medical staff through phone calls, with some even leaving messages and not receiving responses. The center's telehealth services have also been criticized for poor coordination, with appointments being cancelled or delayed without notice.

Inadequate Care

Patients have also shared concerns about the quality of care they have received. Several reviewers have reported having to wait for long periods of time to be seen by a doctor, and some have even had appointments cancelled or delayed. In one case, a patient's aunt was turned away from the hospital after showing signs of a stroke, only to have the condition worsen and ultimately require emergency treatment.

Biases and Discrimination

Furthermore, several reviewers have reported experiencing biases and discrimination while at the health center. One reviewer reported being treated poorly by receptionists based on their race, while another reported being ignored by medical staff because of their language barrier.

Unprofessional Staff

Patients have also reported encountering unprofessional staff, including doctors and nurses who were dismissive and uncaring. One reviewer reported being ignored by a doctor who seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues than attending to their medical needs.
