Austyn Smiley had a terrible experience, giving the office a 1-star rating. They waited an extremely long time for the numbing shot to work, felt every bit of the procedure, and were not satisfied with the outcome. Austyn's new dentist told them that their teeth were in good condition and they didn't need the crown. Austyn had issues with the office staff, including problems with insurance coverage and not receiving an itemized receipt.
