Our team is led by Dr. Amin Jaffer, a University of Michigan graduate with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Jaffer takes the time to understand each patient's unique needs and develops personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal oral health and aesthetics. His warm and caring approach has earned him a loyal patient base, and we're proud to have him as the foundation of our practice. Dr. Timothy Schafer: A passionate and knowledgeable dentist, Dr. Schafer combines artistry and science to create beautiful smiles. He takes the time to listen to his patients and answers their questions patiently.

Dr. Hina Jaffer: Dr. Hina Jaffer joined our practice in 2022 and is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care to her patients. With a focus on preventive care and patient education, she takes the time to explain treatment plans and answer patient questions.

Leah Dailey: With 13 years of experience, Leah is our lead hygienist and has been with our practice since 2008.

Rahaf Khan: Fresh from her studies at the University of Michigan, Rahaf brings a bright and fresh perspective to our hygiene team.

Meet Our Assistants

Paula Cafego: With 32 years of experience, Paula has assisted Dr. Jaffer through a series of procedures and has been with our practice since 2018.

Jordyn Valenti: Our new office coordinator, Jordyn has been with our office since 2021 and helps coordinate appointments and finances.

Kristen Snapir: Our Front Desk Coordinator, Kristen started with the practice in January 2023 and welcomes patients to our office and assists with administrative tasks.
