Dr. Lauren Salch, a native of Vernon, NJ, developed an early interest in dentistry while working alongside her father, Dr. Robert Salch. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Salch completed a postgraduate residency program at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ. She is an Invisalign certified provider and takes great pride in her ability to perform aesthetic dentistry and smile makeovers for her patients.
Dr. Ryan Zlotkowski, a Clifton, NJ, native, was inspired by his mother, a certified dental assistant, and the late Dr. Jerome Weiss, an orthodontist, to pursue a career in dentistry. He attended Montclair State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in biology, followed by his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He completed a postgraduate residency program at Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ, and has since gained extensive experience in emergency dentistry and geriatric dentistry.
Together, Dr. Salch and Dr. Zlotkowski have built a practice focused on delivering top-quality dentistry and fostering lasting relationships with their patients. They share a common goal of providing exceptional care and creating beautiful, healthy smiles for all.
