Aeromedicos of Santa Barbara is a nonprofit healthcare organization of volunteer medical personnel, pilots, mechanics, translators, and other friends. We fly monthly missions to remote regions of Mexico, offering free medical and dental care to people with limited or no other access to care. We believe in the value of volunteering - of contributing our time and talents to the greater good of humanity. We give in Mexico because the need is great and we enjoy the adventure. Our Mission

The mission of Aeromedicos of Santa Barbara is to furnish free medical and dental care to residents of remote regions of Mexico who have limited or no other access to care. We also provide free medicines, medical supplies (such as hearing aids, prescription eyeglasses, crutches, and respiratory aids), and health education to improve residents' self-care efforts. Our mission is achieved solely through volunteer efforts and the financial assistance of members, charitable organizations, and contributions.

How to Help

We need the physical and financial support of others who share our interest in improving the quality of life for these needy people. You can help by donating medicines and equipment, sponsoring a clinic, or volunteering your time and talents. We also accept donations in any amount and will send you a letter verifying your contribution for tax purposes. Your gift today brings healthcare to a remote region of Mexico that has no other means of receiving audio, visual, dental or medical treatment.

Our Services
