We opened our doors in 1975 in Franklin, Virginia, founded by Dr. Harvey K. Thompson. For over four decades, we have provided dental care to the Franklin community and surrounding areas. In September 1999, our practice endured Hurricane Floyd, which flooded our building with more than four feet of water. Demonstrating resilience, we rebuilt, remodeled, and expanded our facility to update technology and maintain quality care. After 41 years of dedicated service, Dr. Harvey K. Thompson retired in June 2016, passing the legacy to his son, Dr. Harper A. Thompson. We are a family-operated practice; Dr. Harper Thompson's wife, Annie, serves as our registered dental hygienist.
His sister, Elizabeth, manages scheduling, insurance, and billing, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Long-time team members Betty and Debi have assisted us for over twenty years, contributing to patient comfort.
