Meet Dr. Denise

A proud native of New Athens, Dr. Denise Hand completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine program at SIU in Alton, Illinois. She began practicing dentistry alongside her father-in-law, Dr. Burl Hand, in Freeburg in 2017. In 2020, Dr. Denise purchased and became the sole owner of Freeburg Family Dental, continuing her mission to provide top-notch dental care to the community. In her free time, Dr. Denise enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking with her husband Erik and son Tarik. Her favorite destinations include national parks in Utah and Colorado.
