Our Story

Our practice was founded over 35 years ago by Dr. Michael Gmitruk, who built a reputation for excellence in dental care. When Dr. Gmitruk decided to retire, he searched for the perfect successor to take over the practice. He ultimately found Dr. Mario Romero, who shared his values and dedication to providing top-notch care. Dr. Romero brings with him over 28 years of experience in academia and private practice. He has a special interest in esthetics, biomimetic dentistry, and minimally invasive procedures.

Meet Dr. Mario Romero

Dr. Mario Romero is a native of Ecuador and has been practicing dentistry for over 28 years. He received his Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Guayaquil School of Dentistry and completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Romero is a recognized scholar and has published over 40 research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
