Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Staff
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment and frustration with the customer service and staff at Baranti Dental. Cali O. reports being ignored and treated poorly by the front desk staff when rescheduling an appointment, while Jon Ion notes that the staff appears to be disorganized.
