Unsatisfied Patients
Several patients have expressed dissatisfaction with their experiences at Gentle Family Dentistry. One patient, Soso Lewis, felt that the dentist was prioritizing more profitable procedures over less expensive ones, and that this was related to the lack of a full-time dental hygienist on staff. Another patient, Michelle Lambert, had a negative experience with pain during her procedure and felt that the dentist was rude and unprofessional.
Emergency and Urgent Care
Patients have also expressed concerns about the office's handling of emergency and urgent care. Terra Abrams mentioned that the office does not leave space in their schedule for emergency visits or sick visits, while Brookly Younce experienced difficulty getting in touch with the office to obtain missing x-rays, which was due to the office being unstaffed for a two-week vacation.
Positive Experience
One patient, Aleena Shortridge, had a positive experience at the office, citing a kind and calming dental hygienist who kept her informed throughout her tooth extraction procedure.
