Negative Experiences
There have been several notable instances of poor service and unprofessional behavior at this office. Erin Lachapelle, a disappointed patient, shares her appalling experience. She reports waiting over 50 minutes for her appointment, only to be refused a referral to another office in Boston by an unhelpful receptionist who scoffed at her request. The receptionist's behavior is exemplified by a habit of gossiping with coworkers instead of attending to patients. The author is adamant that potential patients should avoid this office and suggests that current patients take this as a sign to leave.
Another patient, Joseph Ciejka, also has a negative experience. He had been a long-time patient of the office but decided to switch after being unable to book an appointment for his annual eye exam. Despite leaving two voicemail messages, he received no response.
