Customer Service Issues
The reviews reveal that there are concerns regarding the customer service provided by the front desk receptionist, Jackie. According to one reviewer, Jackie is extremely rude and seems to have a bad day every time they visit. The reviewer suggests that Jackie needs to be fired or trained better in customer service.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, there are positive reviews from Erin Dummeyer and Heidi Alterman, who had excellent experiences at the dental clinic. Erin's daughter was wonderfully treated by dental hygienist Carly, who helped her overcome her fear of the dentist. Heidi's daughter was also well taken care of, and the staff explained everything to her in a way that made her feel comfortable.
Additional Insights
In particular, the clinic's approach to making children feel comfortable and at ease during their visits is highlighted in both positive reviews. The clinic offers prizes to kids at the end of each visit, which is a great way to make them feel rewarded and motivated to maintain good oral hygiene.
