I only write reviews when I feel its absolutely necessary, and this is one of those times. I want to thank Dr. Rafail and his amazing staff for providing the best care during my emergency root canal. I felt zero pain during and after the procedure, which was such a relief! It was my first visit to Lakewood Smiles, but it definitely wont be my last. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Dr. Ben. He is patient and has great customer service. I needed help talking to my insurance as I couldnt understand why it did not cover me for Invisalign and he stayed on the phone with me and my insurance for over an hour to talk to them directly and get to the bottom of the issue, and it was not even an issue due to him or his office.

Excellent service. I went in yesterday for tooth extractions due to some bad teeth and didn't feel any pain. Dr. Rafail did a great job and took his time to ensure I didn't feel any pain during the extractions. I'm so glad to have found a dentist who truly cares for his patients. I was referred to Lakewood Smiles by friends and I'm so glad to have given them a try! I made an appointment for my baby girl and ended up making an appointment for myself as well and it went amazingly!
Dr. Rafail and Andrea were amazing, gentle, and talked me through everything.
Even my baby girl's appointment went so smoothly and she enjoyed it! They had cartoons playing for her before she entered the room and she loved it and quickly got comfy in the seat!
Loved the beautiful and modern office and vibe!
They were amazing, honest and affordable! I'm glad to finally have found a permanent dentist for our family!

Dr. Rafail and his whole staff are AWESOME! They are super kind and accommodating! I had a broken tooth that needed extracting and rather than Dr. Rafail just refer me to the Oral Surgeon, he took the extra time to make sure to get it out.
