For convenient access, we operate locations on Shaenfield Rd in West San Antonio and Summer Fest Dr in East San Antonio. We offer same-day treatment starts, free orthodontic consultations, and payment plans beginning with $300 down. Full orthodontic treatment is available for $3,800 to $6,500, with 0% APR financing options. Our practice is a member of the ADA and AAO, and Dr. Arslan is also a diplomate of the ABO and Texas Dental Association. Our Invisalign service offers a personalized alternative to conventional braces through virtually invisible, removable aligners. Our braces services focus on creating personalized orthodontic treatment plans for patients with alignment and bite concerns. We provide metal, ceramic, and Invisalign clear aligner options for conditions such as crowded teeth, gaps, overbites, underbites, and overjets. Treatment begins with a thorough consultation and evaluation, followed by customized care and precise techniques, and concludes with retainers designed to maintain the achieved alignment. 
Our approach to correcting overbites begins with an accurate evaluation of tooth and jaw alignment. Depending on individual needs, we may use metal or ceramic braces, lingual braces, or Invisalign clear aligners to improve the bite. When jaw structure contributes to a severe overbite, surgical intervention may be combined with orthodontic treatment. 
Fiesta Orthodontics provides comprehensive underbite care for children and adults based on the severity and characteristics of each case. We identify potential contributing factors such as genetics, environmental influences, and mouth breathing. Treatment options may include braces, clear aligners, palatal expanders, and reverse-pull headgear. When necessary for severe cases, we coordinate care with skilled oral surgeons. 
Corrective jaw surgery provides a surgical option for complex jaw and dental alignment problems that orthodontic care cannot fully correct. By repositioning the jaws when necessary, treatment can improve chewing, speaking, breathing, facial symmetry, and overall comfort. Care includes evaluation and preparation before surgery, followed by individualized pain management, nutritional guidance, oral hygiene, monitoring, and rehabilitation during recovery.

Fiesta Orthodontic has been amazing! On every appointment there is never no wait time, always appointment promised. Both Orthodontics have always answered all of our questions and are very kind & respectful! The place is always clean & kid friendly. There has been times I had to bring my 3 year old & 10 year old and the staff has always been nice to them. They place us in a space where the kids can play with the toys they provide. Their payment plans are affordable and they work with you even when you cant make it on time. I dont know what else to say other than they are amazing! I love that this is a family owned business the most! I look forward to seeing my final results. My results have already shown monthly. Im very satisfied

We just wrapped initial consult and our entire experience was smooth and so worth it. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice. Dr. Ayla did a thorough review and went over everything in detail with us. We put on braces during the consult and the full visit lasted a little over a hour. By far the best experience Ive had! Its really hard to find a place where everyone is nice, friendly and professional. From the front staff, to the assistants to the Drs. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. They are very quick but never rushed. They take their time to ask if I have questions before and after. Staff seem like they all get along very well amongst each other which is always nice to see. They all are always in great spirits, helping each other. You will love it here!

I heard of this wonderful place in the back of my daughters school pick up tag and decided to give them a chance. My case was insane to begin with but they made me feel so comfortable and honestly just at home. I started my treatment immediately the same day.
