Office Hours and Location

Our office is conveniently located at 104 E. Main, PO Box 142, Mascoutah, IL 62258. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We encourage you to make an appointment at your convenience.
