Our doctors, Dr. Olesya Salathe, DMD, Dr. Natalie Potter, and Dr. Ted Weesner, are passionate about their work and have built a reputation for their expertise, kindness, and attention to detail.

Meet Our Founder

Dr. Olesya Salathe, DMD, is a highly acclaimed dentist with a passion for community service. Born in Russia, Dr. Salathe immigrated to the United States with her family at a young age. She graduated from Molalla High School, worked as a dental assistant, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George Fox University. Dr. Salathe then attended Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine.

Jen Spooner, CEO and Co-Owner, is a seasoned executive with a background in finance and sales. With a proven track record of success, Jen has brought her expertise to The Dentist Off Main, overseeing the business side of the practice. Her multifaceted skill set allows her to effectively manage operations, sales, marketing, and coaching teams throughout the organization.

We are proud to have an exceptional team of dentists, including Dr. Natalie Potter and Dr. Ted Weesner. Dr. Potter is a native of Anchorage, Alaska, and Dr. Weesner was born in Georgia, raised in Alabama, and raised in Texas. Both Dr. Potter and Dr. Weesner have extensive training and experience in general dentistry and periodontics.
