About Dr. Forsmark
Dr. Scott A. Forsmark is a proud resident of Michigan and a graduate of the University of Michigan. He has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Academy of Laser Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Michigan Dental Association.
